Q. MY ENERGY CONTRACT IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE, WHAT DO I DO?
You need to chose a retailer to enter into a new contract, or you may be charged higher 'uncontracted' rates. There are many considerations to think about and we can provide you independent advice.
Q. HOW DO I KNOW I'M GETTING THE BEST ENERGY PRICE?
When selecting a Retailer you need to shop around to ensure you are getting the best price. Evaluating which retailer has the best price can be complicated as there can be additional pass-through costs not included in their prices.
We can go to market on your behalf and carry out a complete independent, competitive tender and evaluation. Our on-going working relationships with suppliers means that we get competitive prices and can structure the pricing to best suit your businesses needs.
Q. I THINK I'M BEING OVERCHARGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You need an independent review of your charges - you may be on the incorrect tariff, or your energy needs may have changed and the tariff/contract you were on is no longer appropriate.
Q. I NEED TO UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE MY CONNECTION, WHAT DO I DO?
If your energy needs are changing, this may need to involve the electricity retailer, the network company, and possibly a metering company as well. Make sure that you get the right-sized connection and associated charges for your business, so that you don't incur charges which aren't aligned with your requirements.
Q. WHAT AREAS DO WE NEED TO THINK ABOUT FOR CARBON FOOTPRINT REPORTING?
Calculating your carbon footprint / corporate sustainability reporting needs to include aspects such as: Air Travel, Electricity and gas consumption, transportation/milage - for staff and goods, etc.
